~Problems~
1. Competitor
Within a
market businesses are faced with direct competitors. These are firms that
produce the same or very similar goods and in our case we have a lot of company
who producing earphone/headphone. However, most product are differentiated in
some way and our product have our own unique selling point which is we allow
our customer to customize
their own item(s) with their own creativity.
2. Supplier
In this market we have to face
many problems that involve in supply component for our item(s). At first place
the problem is about the supplier refuse to deal with our company. Generally,
businesses may decide the best supplier for our own company but the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 does
not give everybody an absolute right to be supplied in whatever the
circumstances so it will lead to several problems on having the best supplier.
3.
Promotion
Personal
selling-lack of employee who can make it person-to-person or face-to-face
communication between seller and prospective potential buyers. Mass communication/direct marketing (advertising
–due to advertising many forms and usages, it is difficult to make generation).
4.
Ineffective Institutional Memory.
Accurate
information, history of pervious passes and failures, and
the ability to recognize patterns that link seemingly unrelated data points is
important in marketing. Unfortunately, knowledge in many marketing are not arranged in an orderly manner. It's in
the heads of individual workers, on shelves, on people's hard drives, in long
forgotten filing systems. When people leave, the knowledge of the company will
loss. Information loss is a huge productivity killer for marketing teams.
5. Restricted creativity
The contribution of many people in a task will produce a good creativity. A consequence of the individual contribution is constrained creativity. When the entire creative burden falls mostly on one outbound marketing person, the ability to think out of the box can be severely impacted. Creative synergy results from many minds thinking as one.

6. Narrow marketing mix
Many companies are depending with the success of too few marketing programs. Whether it is lead generation, public relations, trade shows or advertising, the whole dependence on any one particular program can derail a company-especially if a key program unexpectedly loses momentum. In the meantime, programs that could have had strong leverage never get a chance to prove their mettle.
